Renovation of a 900 SF condominium included removing a wall separating the living space from the kitchen in order to bring more light and connectivity between spaces. Additional storage, functional spaces, and enhanced lighting improve the livability of the small dwelling. Pet ownership also required durable and easy to maintain materials be used throughout.
